The service people at Shaw Cable in Port Hardy are extremely professional. Every time I call with a problem (and sometimes my patience is a bit short when my internet is extremely slow) they are courteous, professional and helpful. They understand my frustration and even when there is nothing they can do to help me, I leave the call feeling like they did their best and my concerns were respected. Kudos to Katie and others I have talked to there. We could all learn a lot from you. I wish we had better lines to Sointula to facilitate more bandwidth but I know that is out of their control right now. But if I ever find out who decides if we get an upgrade I might need to call them....
