I have had good experiences here. I've been twice now for different reasons and the receptionists are always friendly and prompt. Booking appointments has also been a breeze. My appointments have both run on time. My first time the technician wasn't overly friendly - she was blonde with an accent. She wasn't rude by any means - just super formal and to the point. She didn't really talk to me or explain what she was doing, and there definitely wasn't a smile cracked. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Today I had Holly as my technician and she was phenomenol!! She explained everything, had a fantastic bedside manner and was super cheerful. She truly made the experience wonderful. It truly does make a difference when a technician puts on a smile, no matter what type of imaging you are receiving. Holly deserves 5 stars!

This place deserves zero stars. I booked here in December. Only to drive 40 mins to be told i wasn't booked at all. The receptionist accused me of calling the other place in town and i had to show her my call history. Her response was \Sorry this just keeps happening lately\ and then i was turned away. As if it was a normal occurrence. Worst customer service ever. I would advise booking elsewhere. Georgina medical center does ultrasounds...

I had my 12 week ultrasound on wed, Feb 24. The technician Dr. Reslan, Walid Was very rude. She was not answering any question. I don't know why she was saying me all the time to relax my stomach even if i was not putting any kind of pressure there. She just showed us the baby for few seconds and then immediately turned the screen. Even if we show it for few seconds, we seen it clearly and she was not able to see anything from half an hour and was pushing hardly on my stomach which started hurting me. The picture she gave me is so light. I am not able to see anything in the picture. I did my first ultrasound at Newmarket. The service was fantastic over there. I just went here bcz my family doctor told me to go there. But she was not good at all. Never want to visit again.

I've been here and used the services several times - ultrasound and xray, never had to wait long. Was very convenient. Technicians are so nice and experienced.

Nice but understaffed to fulfill the needs of whole Keswick town. Need expansion of space and more staff to avoid waiting times. Thanks
