Ben and Kendall were both courteous and arrived on time. My issue was the cost of the visit. Was charge 300 tx for a drain issue. It was assumed a drain issue during the call prior; however upon inspection (a bucket of water poured into the toilet bowl) it was determined to be calcium buildup in the siphon jet, not a drain issue. The entire visit lasted 15-20mins. I feel I should have been charged according to the issue (basic service/inspection visit), not the assumed problem.
