As always - beautiful plants & Christmas decor! Very helpful staff - the lady with the long red hair was most kind & understanding to my 86 year old mother & 90 year old aunt. Can't say the same about the young lady with the shoulder-length blond hair. She was abrasive & rude. My family was willing to follow the Covid rules but are slow to get there. She spoke so sharply & quickly that they couldn't even understand her. She shouldn't be dealing with the customers if that is the way she treats them. A great visit with a disappointing ending!

Mike and his crew was a great help during my time living in Keswick. When I bought my house, there was no easy way for my guest to come down from the deck to the river's edge. Mike offered his suggestion and it came out way better than I expected! I had many great memories with my friends around the firepit area his team created. The giant stone steps were done perfectly that it tied the deck and firepit area together and creates a focal point in the backyard. Thank you Mike and GGC!
I was very disappointed with this garden centre. Upon my arrival, was denied entry because I was holding my baby! The manager explained the owner has made a rule of no kids or babies allowed! Yieks! If you have babies or kids, go to a friendlier nursery instead and save yourself some time. Holland Valley was great, and I was allowed to hold my baby there! :)
Staff are always friendly and helpful, Christmas tree are very nice, above average
Went in for the first time to this store to get a bag of soil. Girl at the front did not seem impressed i was there. I felt like i walked in the wrong door as it was my first visit to the store and it was empty. I asked where to get potting soil. She told me to pay then go out back. I paid she said she would be right there so i went out to wait for her. Stood in the parking lot for over ten minutes before a guy came out and asked if I was waiting for soil. I said ya for about ten minutes now. He apologized even though it wasn't his fault as he was never told someone was waiting. Didn't see much product in the store as i felt rushed out even though the store was empty. So overall 3 starr as i dealt with a miserable employee and a very good one.
