Love this place. I enjoy trying small quantities of things and I'm working on different flavors of bulk coffee beans and of spices. Also trying bulk machine sourdough bread mix. A place of gastronomic delights. And wonderful helpful staff. Seniors day is Wednesday!

I love Bulk Barn especially our Keswick location. The store is always clean and well stocked and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. They remember repeat customers and go out of their way to be helpful. Curbside pickup is quick and safe if you don't or can't get to the store. They've been super helpful during Covid too. Excellent customer service experience!

I would love to give this store a better review as the store and most of the staff are wonderful, but tonight when going in with my 3 boys to get a little treat there was a staff member with very short hair that was extremely rude when we came up to pay, from not even look at us when I said hello, to slaming my items down on the scale then into the bag, and when handing the bag over she seemed very angry or annoyed and also when even taking the debit machine back to her she grabbed it from me and still seemed extremely angry, when leaving I smiled and said have a nice night, she rudely said ya, and then started talking to another employee, that by the way was very sweet and kind. When I return to this store I will think twice about entering if this employee Is working, i was made to feel she was annoyed that she had to just do her job.
