The manager is super friendly and always recommends the best popcorn for any occasion. I meant to post this review sooner but never had the chance. I hope the company treats her well as she is always on top of her game.

Super friendly staff every time we stop in for a fix. This time it was “rainbow popcorn” for my toddler. She was super happy with her choice!
We love Kernels but today was a horrible experience, went there at exactly 5:15 when google said the store closing time as 7 and the mall’s closing time is 6 but the girl standing there just said that we are closed, 45 minutes before the actual closing time. I request the owners to please update this thing on google that you can deny service before the closing time so that people don’t waste their time going there. Or else put up a notice at the store that after a certain time orders aren’t taken. Or else train your employees to not lie. Thanks
If I could give zero star I would, no such thing as customer service. The girl working there had no interest in being there and the way she added popcorn in bag it was half empty. Don't waste your money, go to a different location.
