Watch out when you buy a lot of popcorn....they seem to be mixing stale and old popcorn with new popcorn in the storage bags....I found some soft ones and some firm and crunchy, both from Yorkdale and the Promenade mall locations recently. Next time, I will ask to buy a party size and ask for fresh popcorn made just for me. Hopefully then I will get fresh popcorn only.
Love your popcorn but can't always eat it. Kids love it. they have stronger teeth!
Chris- the attendant who served me the popcorn on 26th dec, 2018 was super rude! He was full of bad attitude in dealing with the customers and argues with customers. I dont understand howcome a person with a pathetic attitude towards customers as Chris does can even be employed in a role that requires customer interaction. Even the popcorn he served (Jalepeno Jack) were not served hot and fresh, they were cold and lacking the crunch!....pathetic guy, Chris, to deal with!
This Kernels sucks. They don't have the good flavours, and the ones they do basically suck. How is "jalapeno jack" sweet without a hint of spice? Go grab a bag of Smartfood and be much happier for a fraction of the cost.
