Seems like a walk-in but they tell you to go to Penticton walk-ins (which can be hours) or make an appointment with your family doctor (which can be weeks). Pretty useless place to go if you need a quick prescription to help you get better. The receptionist came off as very rude about my situation

Diagnosis and treatment? Need help? go in leave with drugs or a shot in the derrier. Sent for tests then nothings. Results? You best call cause you get absolutely no treatment eventhough you need it desperately. Doctors very impatient borderline rude. No family doctors here.

They denied both my children care for the last time this place is a waste of time for any one to bother with this place... dr low told my ex that she would not come down to the hospital for my 1 year old sons head injury

Very, very long wait times. Sometimes 2 hours. Front staff are very rude. Their policies make no sense at all. This clinic is a wannabe walk-in clinic, where you are not allowed to make appointments until the morning of the day you are ill. Doctors however are generally good, especially the South African doctors, however the older one, Dr. P, needs to retire. He is the slowest, and very forgetful.the clinic would be much faster and more efficient if he was replaced with a younger, more modern physician.

hahah your funny peeps... 2 hr wait..lol, try VGH or any other hospital, where ya might be growing mould-3-5 hr wait??so be happy your waiting 2 hrs ...cant wait to star working there ,i hope...fingers crossed
