This was my second time visiting Clos du Soleil. The first time was a success. My husband and I enjoyed the wines and the experience in 2018. Eager to visit again on our 2020 trip, we phoned ahead to make an appointment. We showed up 10 minutes early for our noon appointment. After waiting 20 minutes we were informed that our reservation name was not in the book and that they intended to prioritize their other booking. No attempt to accommodate us was made and there was no apology. We would have been happy to stay and taste outside, also there would have been space for the 2 groups of 2 with social distancing inside if they had been willing to host us. Overall, we are very disappointed and will prioritize other wineries on future trips.

Really liked the wine and the atmosphere. Feels more authentic than many of the vineyards with bigger tasting rooms.

Its interesting that Dr Bonnie can shut down the entire province while keeping her own winery open.

Very lovely experience. A bit off the beaten wine track, and especially quiet because they are only doing tastings by reservation right now. The wines are delicious. That being said, the rest was great too. They were gracious about our dog, providing water and giving him attention. They were friendly, knowledgeable about their own wines as well as the industry, and happy to share that with us. The little winery itself is cute and quaint. Does it hurt that I (and most of the province) am all aflutter over one of the owners? No, it doesn't. But the winery experience was more than that, and it certainly stands on its own legs.

Smaller winery offering impressive experience. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Small yet cozy tasting room. The lady serving the wine was friendly and explained her wines well in a way that an amateur wine taster like me could understand. Tried both whites and reds. Saturn is my favourite - late harvest 100% Sauv Blanc. Pleasant aroma and flavours of fresh orange zest, mandarin orange, stewed pears and cinnamon. Unique.
