I’ve visited this Kent a few times now for a project I’ve been working on and the guys out in the warehouse have been absolutely fantastic. There’s a good chance I wouldn’t be as happy with the project as I currently am without the help of Mason, Jeff, Lenny and the rest. Hands down just great customer service.

Good service, well presented products. Too bad it’s an Irving owned business

Super friendly and helpful staff, we needed to get a 4 x 8 sheet of wainscoting cut twice so it would fit in our car.

Small space. Difficult to social distance. Yard/warehouse staff need to pay more attention to quality. I bought pre mix concrete and they put it in my car but bags had gone hard.

The people that work at the front of the store do not know what they are doing. Every time my father goes there to purchase something they charge him for the wrong item (either the wrong quality or the wrong dimensions) and then when he goes back to the area to load it they tell him that it's the wrong item. Then he has to go back to the cashier to get it corrected, and then back again to load the item. This has happened on more than 3 occasions!!!

The first line of contact with a customer is often by phone. It appears to be impossible to speak to a "salesperson" about a potential installation. I understand their first priority would be customers in-store, but there is no excuse for not calling back as promised. This despite three calls requesting information. This reflects poorly on the company and results in loss of business.
