Terrible customer service every time I call..and the problem seems so simple, just answer your phone in a certain department and not be put on hold 3times for 10 to 20 mins to be told no one is avail..call back..this happens all the time at Kent's...I called back a 4th time said I will take my business to home depot and the lady i stead of telling me she'd try and help said have a good day. Unreal terrible customer service.
