Got a call to pick up a package on Friday, couldn't make it on time, so I went in Monday. The guy asked me who called me on Friday to which I didn't remember, then asked me who shipped it (ups or Fed ex) to which I didn't know (it's Christmas time in the middle of a pandemic.) He proceeds to the back muttering \I've been open 3 minutes and I'm already annoyed.\ First time I've ever stepped foot in that business and hopefully the last time. Would not recommend.
Nice people to deal with
Shipped a Fedex express package from here which got lost. The employee who processed the package was very nice and helpful, but when it got lost I dealt with the owner Joe who was incredibly belligerent. Fedex corporate eventually found the package and said they would refund me in full, and that Cartridge Source would issue the refund. I called Cartridge Source and asked them about that. The owner Joe said they didn’t know how to do that and they would “wait to hear something from Fedex” about it. He also said I’d have to come into their location to get the credit - which is pretty inconvenient. I said that if they didn’t hear anything within a few days, I’d appreciate it if they could contact Fedex proactively to find out. Joe got angry and said I was being pushy and hung up on me while I was still speaking. I called back and said it was unacceptable to be hung up on and he denied that he did. He also said “I’m in a mood today and you’re tearing into me. F***’ing report me to Fedex if you want” and hung up on me again.
