Hands down the best service in the industry. I called around to every other company in my area and either they wouldn't help me our with my broken stove or they were just plain rude on the phone. Doug came right over and did everything he could and more to help me out. They treated me like we were old friends and that right there is excellent customer service. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

We were stuck looking for someone to install our newly purchased wood stove. DBS were amazing to work with on this, they had open communication regarding instillation dates, pricing and the follow up with Cindy in the office, regarding the inspector signing off on it all was top notch. I'd highly recommend this quality family business, and look forward to using their services in the future! 10/10

Doug Beatty & Sons are possibly the best contractors I have ever dealt with. Cindy first provided lots of information regarding pellet stoves, and we decided on a Harman p35i insert for our inefficient fireplace. I tend to be picky, so I do my homework prior to any work being done. Their positive reviews are what convinced me. Installation was right on time. Doug and Tom wore masks and face shields the whole time, and were very respectful of us and our home. The stove is beautiful! Very solid and rich looking. They precisely assembled of all the cosmetic parts so everything looks seamless. Extra care was taken positioning the faceplate to balance asymmetric grills...great attention to detail. Doug and Tom work well as team, it was a pleasure to watch them. All mess was cleared, and our home is finally toasty! I love our Harman, and I love that we had no issues to deal with. This a highly professional company. I definitely recommend DBS.

For starters, DB&S really impressed me with their knowledge base. They have been in the industry for a while. Their customer service is second to none and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a stove. The install was on time and very well done.
