They currently allow in store shopping. Limit of 20 people allowed in store. Only 5 or so in there when I was there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clearing out some of the winter stock so there were a few deals but limited size selection on some sale items. They have dog high visibility safety vests which I was happy to see (so many dogs are hard to see after dark - would be great if more dogs had these on at night!).

First time visit to this store. Clean, bright and well laid out. Lots of stock, but did have a challenge finding my size. A shout out to carry more lined jeans for winter!
Good selection here, and there are often some incredible sales and discounts.
I went into Mark's on Monday November 9th for some steeled toe boots. I was thinking n there for fifteen minutes waiting for as associate to come and help (I was literally the only other customer in the store). No one came and they were all avoiding me. When I walked back up to the front of the store there were multiple employees, two of which were standing and flirting at the cash. The you g man said have a good night and the time ng girl echoed the sentiment. I left and went across to Canadian Tire where I did purchase a pair of boots. Terrible customer service. Had they been busy I would have completely understood but such was not the case. I won't be back!
