I got there few minutes before closing time to pick up one small item ..I let someone go in before me .. I was sanitizing my hands (between the two doors) when a staff member opened the door and told me they closed (it wasn't closing time yet) i told her s I am grabbing one item only .. She said they are closed .. I left and went to Dollar Tree (have never been there before) and found out they have the same items with much friendlier staff ... Well goodbye Dollarama never stepping a foot there anymore .. From now on I am a client of Dollar Tree and will be promoting it in our small community .. Hope this will be a lesson to teach your employees not to reject a client at the door.
