We booked White Star Limo as part of a wine tour we planned as a group. The day got off to a rough start with the limo popping a tire on the way to pick us up and the driver needing to leave. Brad personally gave up his Friday to coordinate fixing the tire while also driving the limo himself. We had a great day and he even gave us an extra hour of time. Fantastic service and comfy well-equipped limo. Highly recommend this company for your travel needs and also Brad for stepping up for something entirely out of his control to ensure his customers had a great day.

For my birthday party, our first call was to book a limo with White Star. They instantly provided great communication and customer service over the phone. When our driver Bridget arrived to pick up our party, wow! Great vibes all around. We would for sure recommend this driver, she's amazingly fun and accommodating. She went above and beyond- even as far as to stop at a gas station for an aux cord!!! Thanks WHITE STAR - 5 STAR FOR YOU!!
I can not recommend this service enough! He went above and beyond any expectations we had for a limousine service First, when I was going to book our bachelorette wine tour I got in contact with Brad. He was excellent at aiding me in what steps I should take for covid precautions and how I should go about booking the day so it goes seamlessly. All his suggestions worked and seriously made a big difference the day of! The day of brad picked us up— he was polite and kind. He brought us to all our stops in a timely manner! He took photos for us all afternoon. He even carried all our boxes of wine out for us all with a smile! The girls and I were pleased with the service he provided that day. The day wouldn’t have been the same without him!!
