Had the greatest experience at Weber & Martin FunSmiths. Chris was so incredibly helpful. Although he did not have the parts I was looking for, he took the time to phone around and found me some in Vernon. What great service you are offering. Defiantly feels great to have a local store with so much knowledge of the industry.

very similar experience to some of the negative reviews. inquired and requested a very specific part to be ordered and was told i needed to bring the gun in to make sure they are ordering the correct 40 part. why in the world would they need to see my gun when i just told them what i needed? I provided maker and model and the part name. i think it was some sort of ploy to add a gunsmith charge added onto the sale i then moved away from the subject and wanted to look into some new ammunition and the guy wouldn't let me read the box, he awkwardly held it like i was going to run off with a box of ammo. the first time i've been treated like that. stay away from this place. it's awkward and they don't seem to care or have any idea of what customer service is. Both seemed very old fashion and a very dated way of thinking UPDATE went to a different store and they ordered the part with minimal questions. me and the rest of the world are still baffled.
Great service and pricing was fair and reasonable. Plus they threw in a free pack of pellets LOL
