I just wanted to tell you about the amazing experience I had in your Kelowna BC Canada Store 3520. Megan, CJ and Makela took such great care of me on March 24th, they gave me suggestions, helped me with a change room setup, acquired sizes for me when I had chosen the incorrect ones and made checkout a breeze! I went in for two bras (I’m from Cranbrook BC and was excited to go into a real store) and ended up leaving with 500 in amazing clothing & shoes! I felt like I had 3 personal shoppers! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have difficulty shopping by myself (my husband was attending a DR appointment) but these ladies made it so easy for me. Such well made clothes in a huge variety of sizes, styles and colours makes Torrid a favourite store and I want to thank them for all their assistance!
