Have shopped there a few times and they always have very cute good quality clothes. My kids grow out of them before they wear out. Staff has always been friendly and engaging. Prices are a bit high, but still a great place to shop at. Last time I was there staff also told me to buy one of the tops online as there was an online sale.

I would rate this store a zero of I could. I had to return a couple pairs of pants from an online order I placed because they didn't fit my son. A month went by and i didn't see my money back so I called to inquire what was up with the refund. They somehow lost it in their system, and despite me having the return receipt this is my 5th time contacting their customer service to try and get my money back. I offered to e-mail or fax them a copy just to be told \that's not how our system works.\ It's been a nightmare and a huge waste of time, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this place either - especially with better stores like Gymboree and Carter's in the marketplace.

If I could I would rate this store a 0. I was just in there tonight to look at shoes I had seen online and the price difference was 10. Online 24 regular price and in-store 34 regular price. When I questioned them about this they would not price match there own store and just said that the prices vary from in-store to online and they wouldn't do anything about it. I can say with certainty I will never be shopping here again either online or in-store. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store either.
