Not helpful staff. Called to see if they had two specific costumes as it is a 2 hour drive to get there so I wanted to be sure. The person who answered phone would not look and basically said too bad. So I called Halloween Alley and the guy was very helpful. Went there instead.

Employees are fantastic here. As a larger than average person as well as having a disability this store was awesome. Excellent selection and fun to create ideas
Best Pop up Costume store. The Animatronics are top shelf creepy. Loved it will go back for more Halloween ideas. The best store I have ever been to for costumes and accessories.
Helpful staff. COVID-19 policies are obviously a bit of an inconvenient, but totally reasonable and well explained. Very good selection and I spotted a couple of items I've seen online, and the prices here were surprisingly lower.

This store is a joke this year. Some genius put surgical masks on every single animated prop, so you can't even see any of the faces?! What's wrong with you, who thought this was a good idea?! Absolutely RIDICULOUS.
COVID Friendly and Customer Service Exceptional Was in and out of there in 10 minutes flat with 90% of what we needed...We Got at Decent Prices!
A little over priced but I can't complain too much. Everything is cool. Wish it was year round.
