Had my trailer serviced and winterized here. It was my first experience with thier service department. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone. Everyone was friendly smiling and generally pleasant. The work was done, well and on time. I appreciate the small things. I wasn't treated like i should know everything. they answered all my questions and were more than helpful! I would recommend and will be back for my next service.

I purchased this trailer from Calgary and the process was great. Murray answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. He even got back to me while he was on vacation. When I arrived to pick up my trailer, at the designated time, the trailer was all set up with the fridge and air conditioning on... it was 35c! I was able to try out all the appliances. They made sure the fridge kicked over to propane when they unplugged the unit. They did a great job of walking me through everything. I did find a few small items that needed attention. They addressed those immediately. I purchased an equalizer hitch and they installed it and spent the time setting it up correctly. It was a good purchasing experience and I would recommend them to future rv buyers.
