This store was great, the customer service was the best. I got my watch fixed in under 1 hour. The staff members were so helpful.
Cost me 20 to be told my watch isn't repairable after being told he could "fix anything".
I'm glad I found a good watch repair person in Kelowna. He did a great job repairing my vintage watch.
I dropped my chronograph wrist watch and broke something inside, it was a gift and I couldn’t find a replacement watch anywhere so I panicked. I was very surprised Royston watch co. was able to perform a difficult repair on my watch. There was no exaggeration of the problem I felt very comfortable from start to finish. This was 2-3 years ago I have since started a watch collection and returned several times, every time I leave wishing to never lose the opportunity to have my watch repaired by Royston watch co.

Allen is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and definitely knows his way around watches! Last year he replaced two crystals for me and the results were fantastic. This year I had him replace a stripped crown tube in a dive watch and fix some harsh hand winding action in another. Both these watches had been to other watchmakers and no one was able to correct the issues. Allen had these sorted for me and both are now better than they were new. Thanks again for your time sir!
