I've used the system in the winter months for going to and from work for the last 6 years twice a day in and out of Rutland and have never had a problem. Making sure I do my part and read the riders guide , use the Smart Bus system and I have made it to work 100 percent of the time. I leave the driver's alone and they drive very efficiently . Doing my part makes things go very smoothly.

Buses are never on time as it shows on transit. I always take number 1 from Pandosy on buckland but it never shows up on time.
Horrible service and attitude from both the bus drivers and customer service representatives. Pretty shocked that Kelowna hasn't got its own transit system yet...
Schedule for the north side of town isn't the greatest in the summer. Service is alright during the school year. Bus drivers are hit and miss on friendliness. The 97 to Westbank gets REALLY crowded and at night I have personally watched people selling/using drugs. I witnessed a man share a bag of cocaine with others and selling marijuana by the joint. Driver says nothing. In town isn't as unsavory for passengers and drivers are a little nicer. The first complaint I reported was answered however every attempt I have made to reach out and inform the company of shortcomings and complaints have been ignored (including when I was injured and the last bus of the night drove past without stopping. I had to walk an hour on an injured knee to get home). No apology, no recognition of fault, no response at all. I gave it a year to see if service improved or if I was at fault somehow and still have received no contact. The only thing keeping this above 1 star is that SOME drivers are friendly and conscientious of those with disabilities.
