My wife and I dealt with James on a used Range Rove and his service was absolutely fantastic. We had our three young kids with us and he was so good with them and helped make the process very smooth. Bryan is the best salesman for buying a vehicle! I love the Jaguar FPace. Bryan really cares about seeing his customers buy what they will be happy with. He listens. Management and staff are very professional. The dealership is clean, new, and beautiful. I returned several times as I was indecisive and Bryan was never impatient but extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Bryan really took the time! He knows all of the vehicles at the dealership and is honest and a hard worker. Bryan never rushed me or pushed me out the door. He was very patient and let me test drive several times because of my indecisiveness. Thank you so much!!!

I can give negative star for the utter lack of communication and laid back responses had there been one. We had to drive 9 hours twice, just to fix one problem even after our trying to make communication with them proactively and still the lady was too irresponsible to double check about the delivery of parts ordered. Even now no reply from them where we have been trying to connect with them for installing just an app. The list is long but the main person to be held responsible for the whole confusion and shear discomfort is the female sales person Kir..... Try to deal with someone else may be that could help, if you really are in to getting your vehicle from this distributer. NOTE : The autogenerated apology reply and request for e-mailing manager is of no use. We thoroughly explained our problem to Tanner on Email after getting reply on this review but he didn't have curtesy to send reply to that from a month now, how can we expect resolution.
