James is a very thoughtful, methodical, organized property manager and is committed to managing your property in the most effective, professional manner. He is always thinking several steps ahead. His plan for managing your property and protecting your investment are apparent from the very start of your relationship. His all encompassing efforts included extensive tenant screening, thorough inspections with photographic backup, organized files including leases, property management agreements, etc. completed and provided to you with expediency. He is also very responsive and respectful of the needs of the tenant. You may not realize or appreciate all of these qualities and efforts until you have the unfortunate experience of being represented by a bad property manager, who failed to protect your investment. This was our situation and James stepped in confidently and dealt with every challenge the past property manager left us with. He literally had no hesitation whatsoever and his positive attitude and problem solving were, and continue to be, superlative. We are so very thankful we found James McCullough. Sharon T.

I have dealt with James at Kendall Property Management for almost 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. He put in the time to find great tenants and have had no issues. It's peace of mind to have someone handle the day to day little things that sometimes pop up.
We reached out to James with a budget and description of the kind of house we wanted, and he came back with a link to full list of places right away. He really went above and beyond to help us out
I waited 12 days to get completed answers after going the second mile to give them all the information they needed and then some. I wanted the home, did al I was supposed to do, bent over backwards. The guy did not answer calls for days despite my repeated requests to do so, texts were not answered, emails not answered. Dreadful experience. Stay away from these guys - at this rate they will not be in business much longer. Pretty disgusted actually. I wrote to them of my complaints and experiences and told them to get things in order. He ought to be fired. 1 star is too many.
James McCullough (Kendall Property Management) has done an outstanding job for us as a property Manager over the last 3 years. We live in Edmonton, AB and own a rental property in Peachland, BC. We had an issue with a very bad tenant prior to James and he came in and cleaned up the whole mess for us and then placed us with our current longterm tenants.
