Brian is a consummate professional. He is a very talented musician and a gifted teacher. I have appreciated his patience, good humour and encouragement many times. He has a deep relationship with the instruments he plays and is able to find ways to make playing difficult pieces fun and fresh. When I first met Brian at the age of 51 I had my doubts as an adult learner pursuing guitar. Brian was quick to diminish any fears that I had. For the past 11 years I have had the privilege to meet with Brian on a weekly basis and during this time he has consistently approached me with patience, enthusiasm, and encouragement. Not once did he doubt my abilities. Brian's unique talent, his gift for teaching and his dedication to his students is truly unparalleled. This whole process has been a fantastic experience!
