I had a great experience with GNP. I'm not a fan of ordering hunting apparel online but due to my location certain brands are not available locally. I placed an order through GNP and things were very smooth. Customer service was great. Exchanging sizes was easy. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I brought in my .22 rifle because it wasn’t reloading correctly. They took it apart, cleaned it and soaked the parts in a cleaning solution. This was all done promptly. It works perfectly now. They didn’t charge a penny. I will definitely support these guys in the future. How often do you see this kind of service these days!!

I found a firearm online on the website at Great North Precision a couple of weeks ago. I called to confirm it was in stock and ask some questions before a big purchase like that. You see, this is my first firearm. The staff went out of their way to answer my questions and were patient throughout. Truly appreciated. I called after I received my firearm to ask some questions and Jody was kind enough to answer all my questions. Not once throughout my dealings with them was I rushed off the phone like some others. I live in Toronto and will always buy all my firearms from Great North Precision in the future. Can’t beat the customer service.

My husband bought his first hunting rifle! We didn’t realize that Great North Precision had so many rifle options until we arrived there today. He did end up purchasing his from another location, but after calling GNP from advice from the original dealer, Nick had his rifle installed with a new scope and had it sighted. No questions asked, phenomenal pricing and a nice informative session with the store rep about how to use it. The rep and his assistant were both knowledgeable obviously, and really made sure that he was satisfied and happy leaving today. Highly recommend
