Even materials are dry, instructors are responsible and patient.

The lovey girl Macey is a wonderful instructor. Making what would be a pretty dull course much more enjoyable. Brikgs experiences from her life and others to give great examples and exposure to new students.

Not happy with our recent experience. My son booked 2 days off work to take this 2 day course. Monday the course was 3 hours, Tuesday the course was just over 2 hours. For a 16 hour course, was supposed to be 2 days 9-5pm. Their website today still shows course is a minimum 14 hours. I understand due to covid they can't teach everything but then why run the course over 2 days? Spoke with an agent there several times as I booked the course, nothing was said about it going from 16 hours to 5 hours. Received email confirmation the course was booked, nothing about it not being 2 full days. I called to get clarification about the change, they said they'd call me back. No call back last 5 days. I tried to reach the person I was speaking to originally and they won't connect me or let me speak with a manager. Not very good service. Go elsewhere for professional service!
