We had our Tesla Model 3 performance wrapped in Satin Black with a chrome delete. From the outset, Von was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in looking at the options available. With the rest of his team, the job completed was absolutely amazing! After returning the car, Von continued to answer questions about our roof rack, and was extremely gracious in making sure the new look would be protected. Von was previously recommended to us, so I would have no hesitations in doing the same for anyone looking to use Factor Auto Film. Note - Due to the bad weather, I was unable to get photos together. However, I will note that the new look caused quite the stir at our place of work (Wow being the comment). Thanks for everything to Von and his team.
I don't even know where to start. Right from our first interactions with Von and the crew at Factor we were treated with such respect and professionalism. Every little ask we had was answered with full detailed answers, giving us feedback on colour options and explaining in great detail how the wrap and the paint protection film work. Once we picked our colour and brought the car in it was the much anticipated waiting game. Wow... If there was ever a time when the wait was worth it... This was it. I have never seen a car look identical to a professional paint job just from a wrap. I was and still am blown away from the quality of work and the final outcome. With his busy schedule, Von still found time to answer all and any questions we had via e-mail or a phone call. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. If there's anybody looking into getting their car wrapped. This is the place hands down! Thank you again Factor for the incredible work and customer experience. Ryan/Sarah ️
When we were planning to get our Volvo wrapped we were weary of who to choose because of good and bad jobs we’ve seen from other places in the past. From the moment we showed up at Factor Von made us feel confident by helping us select the right colour and describing the process to us. We ended up doing a full colour change and we could not be happier with the result. In fact we took our car to Volvo afterwards and they commented on how professionally the wrap was installed especially how detailed it was around the sensors. The process was so satisfying that I’m seriously considering getting my truck wrapped too! Someone give me more money!!! I hope Factor expands into car detailing as well so I could make it my one stop shop for wrapping and detailing. I’m waiting Von!!!
Super job by Von and his crew. I asked and they delivered. Professional and very creative. I’ll be back to add some more vinyl custom work to my truck.
