They were helpful the first day we went in. They did not answer their phone the next morning when I tried to place my order so I drove back to the store. They said they would call once the order was placed that day so we would know where it was coming from. No call so I had to call the next morning. It was going to come from Georgia in 10 days which was too late for us so I canceled the order. My husband went back and chose something else that was available plus the underlay that day. The exchange was made. Ten days later they called to say my order was in!!! Our carpet layer said we should return the extra underlay as there was a lot left so my husband took it back and they were not pleasant when saying NO!! We definitely won’t be going back or recommending them to friends.
Have used your services many times over the years, always great. This last round of new kitchen, bathroom and deck were reasonably priced and expertly installed by Corey and his sidekick in one day. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks guys!
We are super pleased with our purchase and installation from End of the Roll. We priced purchase and installation from 4 different places and ended up working with Brendan in sales and Mark for the installation. Brendan was patient and informative as we learned about the different qualities and price points for the products. He confirmed what we had learned at other places, and helped us to find a higher end product at a better price than what we could find for \entry level\ or \contractor grade\ products at other stores. So better product at a better price, for both engineered hardwood and carpet. Mark the installer came out to measure and assess the work at hand. When the products we chose came in, Mark delivered it to our home so it could come to the right temperature and humidity a few days before installation. For the installation, he was meticulous. Both he and John (his second installer) worked hard to ensure that the sub floors were prepped property and ready for installation. They built custom thresholds for the different rooms and even build a custom stair nosing for the steps to the basement! (I included a picture because it does look great!). Overall, the best experience we have had doing floor removal and re-installation in our 25 years of home ownership. I kind of thought of End of the Roll as \budget\, but what we got was a superior product with a thick wear level at a reasonable price that was expertly installed. And less expensive than an inferior product with a thin wear layer from the higher end stores. Thanks guys, we are impressed.
