No. Hard no. If I could give you negative five stars I would. Your driver left the stop early leaving my girlfriend stranded at the stop fully aware that she wasn't on the bus. Kate, who was working at the information booth disrespectfully shrugged off any attempts that were made to seek help. Eventually, to avoid waiting 7 hours for the next bus, she called a cab. 45 later she got on the bus in West Kelowna. The thanks there go to a great cab driver. They get 5 stars. But for you: -If Kate had helped, 5 stars. -If the bus left on time, 5 stars -If she had taken any other mode of transportation, 5 stars. But no, Ebus. You get nothing but the worst I can give you because that is all you give your customers. Have a great day!

Blonde lady (Kate) who staffs the check-in yelled at us and was very passive aggressive for suggesting that we increase physical distancing on board through my partner and I (same household) sitting together for the 5 hour journey. Instead, she insisted that we take up 2 rows of seating instead of one, decreasing the amount of space between guests. We found out at the very end of our discussion that the bus was not full and in fact wouldn't be a problem to sit together.

The staff were lovely and super understanding. I spoke with a lovely woman named Shelly among other great staff. I work with a young man who has a developmental disability and they allowed us to practice taking the bus for a short distance. There was a little trouble with the initial driver leaving us way too early in West Kelowna but they straightened it out right away and wrote the driver up. Good problem solving.

Will leave you stranded. Purchased my ticket online 3 days before travelling. Upon arrival I was told I did not have a ticket despite having an invoice and charge on my credit card.

Never ever board this bus service. Nobody knows what they are doing. The bus is always late. If you are frequent traveller from Vancouver to Kelwona. I would advise to book a flight ticket in advance.
