Exceptional and reliable service. Chrystal at Busy Bee is a pleasure to work with and a great remote hostess for our vacation property. When we have special requests, she is ready to accommodate. We highly recommend Busy Bee!

Not dependable, unprofessional in their conduct. I contacted Chrystal to coordinate a move-out clean and was assured that it could be accommodated. I had to travel so my need was for a specific day for the cleaning and Chrystal verbally committed but later ghosted me, no response to my call, text messages or emails. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional service level. If Chrystal had responded to me to advise she was no longer available, I would have understood, but to not respond at all, after committing to do a job, is poor service and inconsiderate.
