Great place!! All artists super friendly and supportive of others work. Seen some of the best art I've ever seen in this shop! Just completed day 2 on a Polynesian sleeve with Tautu and couldn't be happier. I have such a great 1st day experience that my wife booked as well Thanks for the great work!!

Such an amazing experience! Just took my seven year old daughter there for her ear piercing and they were sooooo nice. Even asked her what kind of music she liked to listen to and accommodated her. The Place is spotless and they are so nice. Loved it so much decided to replace my eyebrow ring after 10 years. Highly recommended.
It's currently 3:11am, and I just pushed my earring back through my ear for the hundredth time in two weeks because the guy who pierced my ears here chose a stud the same size as the hole, and then put the butterfly backing on sideways. I am in excruciating pain and cannot even losen the backing of the earring because it was put on wrong by a \professional\. I can't even grab the stud as it is embedded into my ear. I've woken up almost every morning with the earrings embedded into my ears, and have had to spend 20 minutes in excruciating pain trying to push them back through the skin that healed over. I've had way better experience in professionalism and kindness from the 15 year olds at Claire's with the earring guns than I did at Bertram and Co.
Got this colour piece done by Joel. He met with me a week in advanced and booked me in for my appointment. Was very professional and considerate as he let me go grab a tea and snack half way through as I'd been sitting like a rock. Would 100% recommend him for water colour pieces.
I had a couple piercings done and couldn't be happier. The piercer was super helpful and informative. Very skilled and overall it was a great experience. Place was super clean and covid safe. Best place in Kelowna hands down!
