Me and my wife wanted to buy Audi Q7 fully-loaded but couldn't find one in lower mainland. I contacted Kelowna dealership as they had the one we were looking for. Trevor (Sales Manager) called me and was transparent, honest, and very different from any other person I've dealt with at any dealership. I must say Kelowna Audi ranks in a class of its own when it comes to a strong relationship building, superior knowledgeable and friendly, professional team. As the weather was pretty harsh the day we drove to Kelowna to buy our new car, Trevor went above and beyond and replaced our summer tires with winters rims & tires (free of cost including no replacement/shipping cost) to ensure that we went safe back home. Will 10/10 go to Trevor and him only for my next vehicle purchase! The best service I have ever experienced from any car dealership. Ever.

PAINLESS! Needed to purchase a car quickly for my daughter. Ryan and Trevor made the selection process easy. They clearly understood what was important to me. Super respectful of my time and we settled all the details quickly. Was super impressed when they managed to find some extra winter tires for us. I currently own a 2014 Audi S5 & I bought a new 2021 QS5 & I love it!!! My salesman Trevor was great! Being I am a woman with a trade I feel women usually get screwed on their trade value... I traded a 2018 Range Rover Velar & I was happy with our deal! I will definitely stay with Audi in Kelowna.
