A person gets set on their favorite vet and then compares the new vet to those standards as I did with my previous vet in Alberta in comparison to Asher Road Animal Hospital. Asher Vet Clinic has far surpassed any standards and expectations I expected to have. My family and I have a Rare, Lykoi, Werewolf Cattery, (expanding into other rare cats soon) so we wanted to find a good vet willing to work with us but not nickle and dime every single little thing. We brought 2 of our litters to the clinic and found that the care, detail and skill at which the Spay/Neuters were performed was outstanding. I can see this by the incisions of the spay on my female kittens, how well the stitches healed and the general recovery of the kittens. The incisions were so neat, clean, strong and healed incredibly well. The animal passport folders, after care information, detailed instruction for the new parents to update the microchip is over and above what I received from my previous vet. I'm proud to put together the kitty care package and the new parents are quite impressed. My vet in Alberta had very reasonable prices so I never thought I would find a vet who could do an excellent job and still be able to provide prices that are actually lower than my former vet in Alberta and that includes the BC double tax. Asher Animal Hospital has scored again and again!

The staff and doctor were very friendly and offered lots of advice. They were able to book an appointment for us right away and have walk in available as well. This will be where we come for booster vaccines and neuter service.
My experience here was really great! I was able to get my kitten in within an hour after calling. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful! The vet was also great and I really appreciated all the time she took with me and my kitten. Sometimes vet clinics can feel rushed so it was a nice change!
it was my first time taking my cat to Asher Road Animal Hospital and it was a good experience. They were friendly, helpful and informative. they were able to fit us in the day we called and our little kitty is improving already from the antibiotics she needed. Thank you!
