This place has met our needs in helping us decide on the type & colour of vinyl siding for our upcoming project. All of our email inquiries were answered in a professional manor within 24 hrs and sometimes within minutes we received a reply. Sent the wrong items in order and had to rive 140 km to exchange. No apology no reimbursement for time ad gas didn't care a bit with no explanation. Their customer commitment posted on the wall is a complete joke. Still waiting for all back about issue. Poor poor customer service.
