The woman that runs this place/answers the phone is very unprofessional. She was rude to both my husband and I on two separate occasions. We took our business to K&K Sanitation.

Unfortunately northern disposal did not meet our expectations. We rented a single washroom from them and spoke about it being picked up at 3pm. When that did not happen we called to ask why. The woman on the phone got angry very quickly when we explained we were leaving the property at the time we initially discussed. She called us rude and recommended we just “leave our property open and make it look locked” so they could come in. She could not of been more unprofessional and I would recommend never using this service.
I've been using this company for almost 7 years for both my business, home and resort septic tanks and also for portable toilet rental. They are hands down the absolute best in all areas. Their customer service is as good as it gets!
Dave was a life saver! Had a huge septic back up and Dave came out to the house within hours and had the situation under control!
Katy and Dave run a great business. Fast, clean and reliable. It’s obvious that they take great pride in the business by the quality and cleanliness of their units.
