I had my car serviced at the Honest Wrench and was pleasantly surprised when the final bill was less than the initial estimate. When servicing the engine they discovered some work that wasn't necessary after all so they didn't just go ahead and do it regardless. It saved me hundreds of dollars. The work they did perform was top notch so I'll definitely use the Honest Wrench again in future.

Never again to \honest Wrench\ . The \honest Wrench\ worked on my car in November and gave me an estimate of 1,194.64 (diagnosis, labour and parts). I did not agree with him. I felt he was charging me way too much. I wanted to show my car to another mechanic but \honest Wrench\ charged me 360.40 anyway in the name of diagnosis. I took my car to another car mechanic at Gladstone and this mechanic fixed everything (diagnosis, labour and parts) only for 500. He did the same job that \honest Wrench\ had diagnosed and plus more. I waited to make this post to make sure that my car does not breakdown again. I am happy that my car is still running great. There is no check engine light, or break signs .

Eric has been my mechanic for 8 years. I’ve always been treated like family, all my questions have always been answered. I’ve trusted him and his honesty through two cars. His team is also awesome, Scotty, Matt and Dave all take the time to explain what the issue is and what my options are. I also appreciate being given a heads up on upcoming issues I should watch out for. I recently had my car in for a once over before a cross country relocation, I was able to drive over 2,000 km knowing that my car was completely safe. I dread having to find a new mechanic in my new location, as a woman it is very difficult trusting a garage to not upsell you or find random problems that don’t exist. That was never a concern with Eric or anyone on his team.

WOW! I am impressed! Great customer service! Guys at The Honest Wrench were able to squeeze me in! The whole team was nice to communicate! Offered me touch less service which is so important during this COVID times! Very happy with the work performed! My tires are finally well balanced after a season tire change!
