Went today to this newly opened place and met the owner. A very friendly and nice man. It is a beautifully set up restaurant and I'm sure it's going to be jammed pack once we get back to our normal routine post covid. Ordered dark Charcoal grilled chicken with rice and macaroni.My kids loved the macaroni and I enjoyed the rice. Chicken was very tender and flavor full. This place has lots of food options. Will definitely be trying it soon.

Just want to let everyone know that this is the best tasting charcoal grilled chicken EVER. Tender, juicy, and the taste is authentic and very unique! The tahini sauce was the perfect addition to this dish! Yummy! We're definitely going back to try more dishes and I'll be updating my review after. Edit 1: We grabbed 1.5 kgs of mombar (stuffed intestines) and they were yummy!!! A must try!!

I went to the restaurant today and met the owner. He was very nice and customer centric. After placing the order I realized I needed more rice but the owner gave it to me for free. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed the food. The restaurant has beautiful decor; we look forward to coming back after the lockdown is over. All the best!

This is the first time we try Karas' dining branch, but our experience with the Shawarma branch has been incredible, as in 'Best Shawarma I ever had outside of Egypt' -incredible. We only had the grilled chicken. I'm pleased to say that after trying many Egyptian eateries, Karas made the most authentic Egyptian tasting charcoal-grilled chicken we've had outside of Egypt. Well worth the trip from Hamilton! If we're having chicken, it's a waste of time and money to have it from anywhere else!

I had heard a lot about this place through friends and social media so I had to go check it out. I have to say this place looks more like a banquet hall then a restaurant it’s huge and beautiful inside. All staff are very friendly and are very quick with anything you need. I ordered the mix grill platter, let me just say ever piece of meat was filled with flavour and the one thing I loved was this very unique charcoal taste like it’s been grilled on a nice flaming hot charcoal grill. I definitely would recommend, I myself can’t wait till this lockdown is over so I can get the full experience,
