The friendliness of the owner and Samantha, shop manager, ensured my slightly unusual request was smoothly and professionally dealt with. Wonderful cheese makers, with friendly customer service. The cheeses are divine! Whether you want squeaky cheese curds or a more exotic style of cheese (like you would get in the Pays Basque), La Fromagerie Kapuskoise will meet all of your cheese needs!
