About a month ago I stopped at the kiosk at Costco to get a new phone and renew my contract with Fido using a great offer Fido has sent me. Unfortunately we had some issues with Fido honoring this offer. Etienne did everything possible to help me get it. 2 weeks later I got a text message from Etienne \I have good news\. I was so happy to get the deal that was offered originally by Fido! It would be impossible to do without Etienne's persistence, fighting on my behalf. I had a very good experience dealing with Etienne from Wireless ETC. I recommend this place for everyone who is looking to get a fair deal on a cell phone and a great customer service.

The guys working here are fantastic. They work to get you the best deal possible and the customer service is second to none. Have had excellent service from Matt, Victor and Kyle. Can't go wrong. If you go with Android, GET the protection plan! FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!

This was my first experience dealing with Wireless Ect. Sales associate Etienne went above and beyond. He explained everything, was patient and worked hard to solve a small issue when we tried to move from one supplier to another. Etienne’s customer service was stellar and it was refreshing in a time when good customer service is hard to come by! Highly recommend!
