Horrible experience I was just there to get money from another country and the lady was very rude the way she was asking me questions like she investigate like I am a criminal She mad me feel like I am a criminal While I am a normal person receiving money through your company and this time will be the last time I deal with western union A guy came and she left me to help him, her language became different with him Talking about different things and smiling while with me she was very upset and investigated like I am from a different class in the community Probably she didn’t like how I look like with my hijab or because of my background. I don’t know I understand that she has to do her job and ask the required questions but not in the way she was talking I felt at some point I will cry then I decided to hold my tears If I am wearing a hijab it doesn’t mean that I am a different person than you and it doesn’t mean that I deserve this kind of language and hard accent. I an not gonna deal with western union anymore because of the way she made me feel
Très mauvaise expérience avec la dame qui était au guichet de cette place. Elle n'avait aucune empathie et était sèche dans ses questions et réponses. Elle est en droit de poser des questions dans le cadre de son travail mais la manière n'y était pas. J'ai déjà traité plusieurs fois avec Western Union, avec des agents pour qui le service à la clientèle est un plus , mais cette dernière expérience était la plus mauvaise. Elle peut mieux faire.
