I cannot say enough good things about the hockey development and Fitquest programs offered at the Sensplex. My son has flourished under their guidance and he loves it there. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They care about him and truly want him to be successful. EXCELLENT!
The development that my two players have received from Sensplex and FitQuest coaches over the years has been excellent. The coaches are able to bring out the best in players using positive coaching techniques and it's clear that they care about each player's development. I recommend them without hesitation.
Very well run hockey programs, focuses on player development. Everyone from the coaches to the administrative staff are all very professional and very supportive of the kids, I have nothing but good things to say about my son's experience with the Ottawa Senators Hockey Development team and FitQuest. My son has been through many of the Sens Hockey Development and Fitquest programs over the past few seasons and these programs are great. Both the Hockey and Fitquest programs are focussed on age appropriate skills development, and stress athletic skills development not just hockey!
