Julia helped me pick out a new Yamaha keyboard and was incredibly helpful. Thanks!!! I love my new keyboard!!! An otherwise daunting buy was SO EASY!!

Always a good time going to Long and McQuade! I'm pretty sure over my half hour stay just about everyone offered help, and when it finally came time to check out, I was assisted by a friendly associate. This is my go-to music store every time.

Fishing With Frech

Although I haven’t bought the guitar I want yet , Ryan the store manager is a great guy with great expertise . Knows his stuff and is really willing to help . Also dealt with another gentleman who was quite helpful.Prior to the previous time, I had a poor experience in the store . Employee I dealt with was unwilling to help and didn’t seem like he cared less to sell me the 2000 guitar I was playing . Even another customer who was looking for guidance on which guitar he should buy for his daughters birthday, was unimpressed . I ended up helping him find the guitar for his daughter. The next time I went in the guy I dealt with was really apologetic and tried to really make my experience better then the last. He went out of his way to try and make things right . Just shows the class of good customer service on his part .
