Our inspector (John Clermont) gave us a great and comprehensive inspection of the home we bought. He went through every aspect of the home from attic to basement and gave us information that we would never have thought of. The value of a good home inspector is peace of mind when you buy a home. In a largely unregulated environment in most provinces, CAHPI protects it members and their clients by raising the bar for the practice of home inspection. CAHPI has been a vital source for good in Canada's housing industry.
