I dropped off my mothers dress on tuesday asking for it to be done by Thursday. Gentlemen told me that’s no problem. Thursday comes in for pick up and my mother’s dress is no where to be found. They gave me the run around trying to feed my ears what they wanted me to hear. But I needed that dress. They got upset that i didn’t wanna hear their pathetic lies and had police called on me. Shame that my own “family friendly” dry cleaners do that when they are in the wrong. Bunch of pathetic people who just want money. Boycotting them is good for their health.

I bought 2 curtains from Amazon which cost me 80 total, but I noticed that the curtains were single piece, and needed to be cut in two. I said to myself, how much it can cost, but I was really surprised when they told me it would be 60. I said OK, dropped the curtains and they told me it would be ready in 5 days(just to cut 2 pieces of curtain in two). When I went to get my curtains back, they told me that they undercharged me and that I needed to pay 40 more. So I paid 100 to cut 2 pieces of curtain in two. For that price I could have gotten 2 new curtains and a mini sewing machine and cut the curtains myself. I'll never go back there.
On front payment and forget your staff until when ver want to give you back this people doing same thing every time I give them lot of chance enough not any more
Very friendly gentleman working there. I brought my Canada Goose Coat to be cleaned there. Was charged 70 which I hear is on the higher end compared to other cleaning companies but my coat came back looking new. There was no fading or discolouration anywhere. Very pleased with the results. The only issue with the experience was that it came back a day late, probably due to the holiday season.
96 to alter 2 jacket sleeves 1/4”?? Unbelievable. When she took my clothes in she didn’t give me an estimate but said it would not be much. Not sure what planet they’re from but 96 is MUCH! Never going back.
