I liked Virgin until I needed customer service. It was the worst experience ever. Wasted my time for 4 months, cut me off etc. They then realized it was there fault but did nothing to make amends for all my wasted time and trouble. The minute I am able to change providers I will be. I suggest highly that you do not make the same mistake as I did. I had heard this story but said na they are great but I am now admitting I was wrong. I hope you take this into consideration. Have a great day and stay safe!!

Useless service and useless customer service. 10/10 would never recommend. As someone who has tried both the postpaid and prepaid plans, I can say that you should avoid virgin at all costs.

Kept charging me multiples of 10/100mb and I didn't even realise or get any notification other than the first over use notification I approved. I didn't realise afterwards that I was been charged. Horrible service

One call resolution is definitely not a priority with Virgin! It took me 5 calls to rectify an error on Virgin's side. If you have a few hours to spend on the phone with them every month, they would be a great option.
