Kyla at Mountain Medical was very patient with demonstrating multiple pieces of medical equipment to my mom and I. That was worth a lot of gold in my books. In addition, Mountain Medical has great displays of medical supplies and, were willing to take some items out of boxes to demonstrate size, operation, etc. when medical supplies are needed this is all very important to the customer. Thanks to the great people here.I highly recommend them.

Top of the line service. I called them today and asked if they could help my aging father get batteries for his scooter. The lady was prompt friendly and efficient. I called at noon and they would be able to fix it same day within 2 hours!!! I highly recommend them for being so efficient!!

Fantastic service. Thank you so much. I took my Mums walker in to have an overhaul on the brakes etc. Within the week I had a call that it was all ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up there was no charge to the service. The staff told me it only needed a simple brake adjustment and that there was no charge to me for that. UPDATE: Days after posting this review, Karen sent full payment by etransfer. Do not recommend for consignment items! Dropped off a scooter and walker. Walker sold around August 2019. Scooter sold in December 2019. I have repeatedly contacted them requesting payment. IF my call is returned they always say they will call back with an answer. As of February 2020 I have not received payment for either item. Next step is going to the BBB and filing a small claims suit.

I recently went to MMS for raised toilet seats and support bars for my elderly parents. The staff was very helpful explaining the various details to consider when purchasing and also making suggestions of other items that might be helpful to make the home safer. I would have given a 5 rating but they were low on stock (arriving this week) so I will go back to purchase. I did purchase KN95 face masks which are ideal.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Mum. She had the unfortunate mishap of falling and breaking her arm just below her shoulder. She contacted Mountain Medical Supplies after hours and heard back from Karen that same night! Karen assisted her and provided options for equipment that could help her and even arranged for the delivery of the items on a day the store was closed. Karen went above and beyond to help my Mum and we are both extremely grateful. We would highly recommend this business, amazing customer service!
