I recently had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Ray the owner of Kamloops Smart Homes. I am thoroughly impressed with how he took time to come to my home, and do a walkthrough before my home theater installation date was finalized. Ray was very pleasant and easy to talk to, and he explained what to expect and even appreciated my input on speaker placement and future home automation options. The installation was done perfectly and Ray was completely professional in all his work. He is meticulous with his work, and the installation he did for my home theater is easily one of the best I have seen (and I've seen a lot of good and bad ones). I would highly recommend Ray and Kamloops Smart Homes for all your home automation and home theater installation needs.
