I went to see this place after my sleep clinic trial in Kelowna. I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist who answered all my questions. I met the therapist who took care of all of my equipment needs. They followed up with me regularly to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Very nice people. They sold me a replacement power adapter for my CPAP machine on the same day I called. Pricing for new CPAP units is expensive (like all CPAP places in Kamloops). If you have insurance, or you just need lower cost maintenance supplies, I'd say they are a nice bunch to go to and will buy from them again. If you don't have insurance and need a new unit you can either buy from them (their in town pricing is comparable to other places), or go to Vancouver or order online/from the USA.
